Visa / Mastercard / Paypal

Our payment partners are among the most recognized actors on the payment market. They have the bank agreements and Visa / Mastercard acquirers and PSPs agreements.

You are therefore protected by the Consumer Code of your country of residence and European conventions against unauthorized use of your payment.

Banking Data

For security reasons, AlphaCrucis does not retain your bank or credit card details and ask you to enter them each order.

For the purposes of payment, bank details are collected by our service providers for payment, whose solutions are certified PCI-DSS. This standard is an international security standard which aims to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data, and so secure data protection and card transaction.

AlphaCrucis is PCI-DSS certified by Acertigo.

Privacy

For the purposes of risk assessment of remote payment, some personal data and bank details may be combined provided to our payment and anti-fraud service providers hedging remote payment. These service providers are contractually committed to providing a level of protection of personal data of our clients at least equal to ours.

The various files and data processing that we use for our trading business and especially the personal data of our customers have been declared by statement to the French Authority CNIL.

We refuse any resale of personal data of our customers to third parties or partners, except with explicit (opt-in) of our customers in the case of targeted promotional campaigns.
