We believe that the reputation of our brands and the quality of their products will satisfy you. At AlphaCrucis, no cheap Asian copies nor refurbished products. We hold 92% of our items in stock (2011 figures) and we source only from brands manufacturers or their authorized wholesalers in Europe.

If despite our best efforts, the products that we have delivered do not suit you, you have 7 days to return them, as part of our return policy (see below)

Return Policy

It is mandatory to accompany your return with a return coupon completed and signed (available in the FAQ section of the site or by request via email).

The return can be done via the carrier of your choice. However, it is highly recommended to return the merchandise by registered post and to take, if any, insurance from the carrier equals to the value of returned products to protect you against loss or damage to them.

No package will be received at headquarters, offices or warehouses of our society. We ask that you return your product to the address on your return slip.

You get 7 days to return a product that you are not satisfied, without penalty, except for return shipping costs. This period begins from the date of your package delivery. Accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, you are reminded that the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to audio or video recordings as well as software when they have been unsealed and in the following cases:

• Services if performance has begun, with the consent of the customer before the end of the withdrawal period
• Customized products or products due to their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Audio or video recordings or computer software if they have been unsealed (CD, DVD, Bluray, software, CD-ROM, video games ...)
• Books, newspapers, periodicals, magazines
• Consumables

This right of return will be accepted for products returned in a condition for their release for sale (with their accessories, manuals ...). Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled may not be repeated. Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, we pledge to refund you the total of your order within 30 days by re-credit transfer or check, according to the method of payment originally used, if the right of withdrawal is exercised within 7 days of receipt of products ordered.

If you find that the product received does not match the ordered product (incorrect reference, error of color of the product features listed on the item description missing), you can request a refund or exchange.

If the replacement is not possible, you can return the product and get reimbursed.The return costs will be at our expense.
